General Terms and conditions

- Price includes all taxes
- Package meals will be served at the Restaurant ( buffet or TDH Menu)
- Maximum of 2 children’s below five years can stay complimentary along with parents
- Maximum of 2 children’s among 5& 12 can be accommodated with 20% of applicable package charges.
- Maximum of 1 extra adult can be accommodated on 30% of applicable package charges
- Above price is not valid during 20.12.19 and 3.1.2020
- Package rates do not apply to groups.
- Cancellation is 60 Days during High season and 90 days during peak season prior to check in.
- The resorts will asses a one night retention charges towards cancellation after the deadline.
- Reservation for rooms is not transferable.
- Pets are not allowed in the Resort premises.
- Guests are not allowed to use any personal electrical appliances in the room.
- Resort reserves the right to offer alternative value added benefit, should the one mentioned cannot be offered.
